Bhiwadi is the fastest growing industrial town in the outskirts of Metro City Delhi. The prime industrial town of NCR and Rajasthan, Bhiwadi comprises of 3 industrial areas name Bhiwadi, Chopanki and Khushkera. This area is spread over approx. 5300 acres and at present around 1000 industries are operational. In the coming future, some very big industries like Honda Siel small car plant, Shree Cement Ltd. Lafarz Mahindra & Mahindra and some other big business houses will be added in this industrial cluster.
Apart from business and manufacturing the infrastructure available here is also up to the standard of big city. Bhiwadi is well connected with NH-8 ( Delhi-Jaipur Highway ), SH-25 ( Alwar-Bhiwadi Road ) and Rewari Sohna Road. Rewari Railway Junction is only 20 minutes away, while it takes only 1 hour to Domestic and International Airport of Delhi. All in all well-connected township of Bhiwadi keeps you in touch with the world without the noise and pollution of a metro city.Bhiwadi can boast ample facilities and civil amenities. Part of the Khushkhera-Bhiwadi-Neemrana Investment Region, which lies 50km from the alignment of the ambitious and billion-dollar Delhi Mumbai Investment Corridor (DMIC), Bhiwadi-Neemrana is also awaiting the feeder railway links to this region as well the Mass Rapid Transportation system, which will run from Gurgaon to Neemrana.
According to the Investment Advisory Report by Knight Frank, 40,000 acres has already been allotted by the government in the Bhiwadi- Neemrana area for a “Global City” that will house over 1 million people. Apart from an independent airport that is being planned for the Bhiwadi-Neemrana region, other proposed developments in the area include a Cyber City, a Medi-City, a Knowledge City, an Entertainment City, SEZs, a World Trade City and Bio-diversity Park.
The Rajasthan government has even allotted 2,500 acres to Japanese companies to set up their operations in Bhiwadi-Neemrana area.
