Apart from an independent airport that is being planned for the Bhiwadi-Neemrana region, other proposed developments in the area include a Cyber City, a Medi-City, a Knowledge City, an Entertainment City, SEZs, a World Trade City and Bio-diversity Park.
The Rajasthan government has even allotted 2,500 acres to Japanese companies to set up their operations in Bhiwadi-Neemrana area.
With numerous industries setting up base in the nearby areas of Bhiwadi-Neemrana, Dharuhera, Tapukhera, Khushkhera, Chopanki, Bawal, demand for housing also boomed, attracting real estate developers. The town has now become the address of affordable housing, resort-like luxury residences as well as integrated townships.
Compared to its starry neighbour Gurgaon, Bhiwadi boasts of an excellent water supply system, affordable and quality housing and better facilities of living at a much lower costs. With such a combination, its no wonder why Bhiwadi has been courting so much attention in the recent times from real estate developers and industries alike.
